Where we process information on behalf of a client, we use that information only as reasonably necessary to provide the agreed services, troubleshoot or support the implementation, comply with the client's instructions, protect the security of the services, or comply with applicable legal requirements.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the appropriate rights and authority to provide Ordison with access to information and systems used in connection with their project.

We may use information to respond to inquiries and communicate with you; evaluate workflow and automation requests; prepare proposals and scopes of work; provide, configure, test, maintain, and support Ordison services; process and administer purchases and payments; troubleshoot technical issues; improve our website, products, services, and internal processes; maintain the security and integrity of our systems; prevent fraud, abuse, or unauthorized activity; maintain business and transaction records; comply with applicable laws and legal obligations; and protect our rights and the rights of our clients and users.

We do not sell personal information.

Ordison relies on third-party services to operate its website and business and to deliver client solutions. Clients are responsible for maintaining appropriate security over their own accounts, credentials, devices, users, backups, and systems.
